  1. Using WidgyKit

    WidgyKit lets you add and customize home-screen widgets. By using the apps, website or Studio you agree to these terms.

  2. Purchases and subscriptions

    Single widgets, bundles and subscriptions are sold through the App Store or Google Play and follow their billing and refund rules. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your store account.

  3. Creator content

    Creators keep ownership of the widgets they design and grant WidgyKit the rights needed to distribute them in the Marketplace. Creators must only publish content they have the right to use.

  4. Acceptable use

    Do not misuse the service, attempt to break its security, or publish content that is illegal, harmful or infringes on the rights of others.

  5. Changes

    We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this website.
